TV in the 1940 s RCA had the system most of the technology it needed which was pretty much originally interested in selling TV sets Ex if you were an early technology company like SONY is early 80s and 90s t seems like a lot of the best money will be made or like APPLE in 90s and early 2000 maybe best money is to be made by selling the hardware But currently APPLE is making most of its money by selling services and software and access to things like music Some are more interested in selling the hardware some more in selling the advertising Ex we believe that television is the only tool After the great depression a lot of people were leery of consuming The advertisers wanted to undo this mindset they wanted to convince people that it is worth it to buy stuff and they saw TV as a better mechanism than radio TV was haulted by the war by came back roaring after the war from 1945 to 1948 there was huge amount of technological development all across the country selling and making receivers etc Technology problems emerged and we had to stop TV diffusion without the frequency situation but it commenced again very quickly
