Refinancing the national debt will get support from the wealthy and help get a stronger government and take a step towards an economic and military powerhouse.Goes to states, takes all of their debt, and to create a national bank; 80 % private and 20% public, to make money, for profit public institution, to regulate the economy and create a paper currency. Can’t serve both interests of public and private institutions, people thought it was made to make the rich richer. Hamilton believed that the bank would help America become an empire.
