Types of caregivers: - Obstetrician: example: OBGYN- Family physician - Nurse midwife: has a degree in nursing usually with additional midwife training, and has hospital privileges- Lay midwife: does not usually have a medical degree, no guarantee that they have been given any training, do not have hospital privileges c. Choosing a caregiver: be careful when choosing a caregiver, some may not know exactly what they are doing, check with hospital staff for good doctors, and credible
