any country regarding the same standards it requires Organizational operations must have defined rules in standards in each department of WTO to ensure that the organization applies ethics Having one department following rules and another not doing so can create division and lack the ethical responsibility to all stakeholders The third dimension ethics is the system of moral principles governing the countries involved When dealing with the variety of cultures WTO does it is important to be on neutral ground when preparing standards of admission Supporting features of the rights perspective is everyone treated fairly and or Cross Cultural Perspectives 4 equally integrity and rights to substance Lukoskie 2002 When applying features to decision making the organization and countries involved will benefit from the outcome because dignity is applied Each country involved with WTO will be treated equally regardless of statue If a country has less qualities WTO seeks for admission using the rights perspective will allow the organization to explore possible ways to admit country without violate the code of principles In summary the World Trade Organization WTO is the global organization chosen to be analyzed The analysis defined cultural issues within the organization along with identification of three dimensions that pertain to the cultural issue The three dimensions analyzed was social responsibility organizational operations and ethics A comparison of utilitarian and rights perspective is given to be linked with the three dimensions The rights perspective was the suitable choice to serve the organization based on supporting features of the rights perspective WTO cultural issue will exist because of the different cultural interaction but can prosper by using ethics and social responsibility to make decisions References Lukoskie D 2002 Different Ethical Perspectives Retrieved September 23 2011 from http cseserv engr scu edu StudentWebPages DLukoskie perspectives htm
