organization to be the best suited for the company s mission A conclusion is provided as well to explain the benefits in terms sustainability in deploying new program In the age of globalization the company has to incorporate social responsibility into our organization s operations and ethics This is not an option but required in order for the company to obtain sustainability Globalization is becoming reality in today s market To gain a competitive advantage in the industry international business transactions will become prominent in this organization Thus incorporating social responsibility is required During globalization management will need training to gain respect during business transactions by understanding countries beliefs and practices Becoming socially responsible is a sense of applying successful transactions in order for our consumers to obtain quality product at a great price Focusing on the dimensions ethics is chosen as a dimension to evaluate based on ethical perspective Justice perspective is a perspective in which focuses on how fairly or unfairly the company s actions reflect as a burden or benefit to the consumer Lukoskie 2002 By using the justice perspective a sense of fairness is created because people are treated in a way that shows no indifference Ethics is needed and not an option to acquire but needed in a way to show consistency in the operations in the organization The virtue perspective focuses on the attitude of the company that has our core principles that enable the employees to act base on character traits create a mission of developing social responsibility and ethics into the company needs to be driven down to the employee level To do this the program will have to implement a strategy to create a training module in which develops employees Without training the employee will not be able to deliver in a direction that matches the company mission in acquiring social responsibility and ethics as part of core principles As employes become educated by training module of how to be socially responsible and to apply ethics in business transactions the employees will buy in to the program With the weighing out of pros and cons the employees will be able to see why the program is so important to be implemented Understanding creates the buy in from employees The justice perspective is the best perspective in which will serve the organization The justice perspective creates a sense of fairness with all stakeholders of the organization Lukoskie 2002 This eliminates burdens and creates benefits for the organization Being socially responsible in the operations by using ethics to create a path of success the organization will serve the people through globalization Without fairness burdens exist in a way that can delay success for the organization along with creating a loss to the consumers Using the fairness perspective the organization creates consistency in the core principles of the organization Consistency will give each stakeholder involved the same treatment with each business transaction By incorporating the justice perspective the organizations actions are
