Your client is XYZ Manufacturing, which owns a large facility in San Jose. You performed an energy audit last month (on February 10) and determined that they could significantly reduce energy consumption by installing new chillers, changing interior lighting to LED and compact fluorescent bulbs, replacing outdoor lighting with low energy alternatives, upgrading the heating plant boilers and associated controllers, and putting electricity meters on all buildings.
