Most consumers today have home audio system in their home today, but do not have the volume and quality of sound they desire. Home audio systems on the market today are very expensive. To cut down on cost, consumers must have a way to take their current audio system and modify it so that it may produce the volume and quality of sound they desire. A compact but small amplifier can achieve this. AmpTech is expecting to sell over 5000 units in one year. At the expected cost of $ 290.00, AmpTech expects to generate $1,450,000 in sales. The target market for this device will be the general pubic and school. This device can easy be connected to PA system to amplify an individuals voice with great quality. The second goal is to market our electronic device so that it goes beyond the number of that is expects of the sales goals. If are able to achieves this goal, AmpTech will have the finances to support itself and the ability to branch out in to more electronic technology fields. Although sales are one of our goals, quality is still number one goalin our company.Mission StatementThe mission statement of a company defines what the come over all vision is. The mission of AmpTech is to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is the big goal of our company, because without the customer there would not be an AmpTech. Our mission is accomplished by producing devices that are safe, reliable, and not expensive. Why we Succeed As stated in our mission, AmpTech over all goal is to satisfy our customers’ needs. Providing products that surpass the expectation of your customers does this. Also we have an excellent target market, which will grow over time due to the rise in technology and the cost one must pay for these advancements. Our product is a versatile product, which means it can be used for recreation and for business. As the sale of units goes up, we have programs in place to look at other areas in which improvements in quality and reliability are need and capitalize on these areas. Which in part will increase our revenue. As one can see, AmpTech is a Company dedicated to satisfying the needs of our company. Today, AMPTEK Inc. is an international corporation with markets extending throughout the United States, Canada, and Japan. As a company in this new era, of audio and acoustic technology, we are at the cutting edge focusing heavily in the field of digital signal processing as well as power electronics in digital entertainment products. Legal EstablishmentAMPTEK Inc. is thriving S corporation and is currently owned by the four engineers which started the company. This legal establishment was chosen in order to utilize liability shielding, and special tax treatments while keeping it with in the owner’s control.LocationAs an international corporation, we have two main headquarters, two of which are centered in Saint Louis, MO as well as Cleveland, OH. We are currently looking to open a center overseas in Tokyo, Japanas early as spring 2006. Each location is approximately 20,000 square feet, with production cites approximately 200,000 square feet.A. Purpose of BusinessAMPTEK began as a group of young entrepreneurs who had recently graduated from Mississippi State University. AMPTEK’s founders include four electrical engineers by the names of LaCurtis Banks, Lennon Brown III, Jerome Buckingham, and Terrance West. The goal of this company is to make improvements on the existing electronic devices, while giving the consumers a more reasonable price compared to the other audio amplifiers on the market. Our business is composed of three parts:ManagementThe management team will consist of a board of directors, who will manage the inner workings of the company. In addition to having a business background, each member will have some type technical background as well. This will insure that there is a detailed understanding of the total aspect of our products to better serve the customer’s needs and expectations. These members will also address any issues that arise from any of our primary stock holders.Development TeamThe goal of this team is stay above our competitors. To achieve this we will have to make sure that the technology that is used in our amplifier is up to date.
