member partnership that will provide shooter enthusiasts with a means of shooting in a much more efficient manner than ever before in the history of sharp shooting TCT s main product Target Capture System TCS will be the system that will be marketed to provide cutting edge technology to shooter enthusiasts The versatility maneuverability and the accuracy of the system will be the basis of providing a very viable product TCT will also provide consulting services in the fields of circuitry design wireless communication and programming Mission Objectives Nature of Business The TCT will provide the cutting edge technology for a graphical representation of a shooter s target The TCS will display the target and bullet strike position to the shooter With the use of this system shooters will be able to eliminate unproductive time while sighting in rifles A conveniently located target display will be viewable from the shooters location Accessibility of target information will allow the shooter to remain in their position for extended periods Customer Satisfaction TCT believes that if the customers are satisfied then TCT will be satisfied as well There is a direct correlation between customer satisfaction and TCT profit therefore customer service is a very valuable component of TCT Workplace Philosophy The philosophy of TCT is efficiency and timeliness which is also the basis of the TCS TCT has four major divisions that will keep the company s activities true to this philosophy The four major divisions and their developers are Marketing Renae Webb Finance Josh Wooten Design Services Nobu Fuji and Carlos Vasquez Administration Heath Causey Each of the founding members of TCT will lend their expertise in their perspective divisions TCT holds that each of these divisions is crucial for providing customer satisfaction through a solid product The Marketing Division will make sure that as many shooter enthusiasts and organizations will have the chance to buy the TCS This division will also take care of all customer service calls The Software Division and Hardware Division will fill the TCS orders as the Administration makes sure the product is integrated properly and is up to TCT standards The Finance Division will make sure that TCT is providing the TCS at a reasonable price while providing enough profit to cover the TCT employees 3 Target Capture Team Target Capture System Design Consultants Business Plan Value to Customer TCT provides a means by which shooters can practice more efficiently The TCS will be sold at a reasonable price and will provide a technical assistance if needed Our Marketing Division will interact on a regular basis to report any customer requests or complaints that will enhance the TCS for improved customer usability TCT also provides consultation in the fields incorporated by TCT such as circuit analysis programming and wireless transmission Keys to Success Communication between TCT divisions to produce and modify the TCS in a timely and efficient manner Build relationships with prospective customers Provide the TCS to the customer in a timely and cost effective fashion Target Market TCT is a young company with a new idea in an established field of interest The interest field of rifle accuracy has been around since before the 19th century The dedication that many associations military units and individuals give to the skill of shooting accurately is the assurance that the TCS is very marketable There are over 2000 rifle associations which sponsor competitions that hold to the customary means of scoring As shooters prepare for these competitions they will want to use their time wisely The same process occurs in the military Practice time is invaluable therefore the use of the TCS only makes sense Competitive Advantage Inefficient methods are used to obtain bullet strike position Most shooters walk to the target and view the bullet strike location This method requires leaving the shooting position many times during a shooting session Each time the shooter must spend several minutes walking the distance to the target The elimination of walking to the target would reduce time spent at the range Another method of viewing bullet strikes is by binoculars or small telescopes This method is more convenient than walking to the target however the shooter must reposition them self to look through the spotting scope Yet some scopes do not provide the necessary resolution to view the bullet strikes TCT will provide a method that will allow the shooter to remain in the shooting position and provide an acceptable target resolution Basic Strategies The production and modifications of the TCS will be based upon the demand of the consumers TCT will originally set out to create the reputation of efficiency and timeliness with local customers Through the production of the first orders experience for each division of TCT will have been gained and TCT will be ready to increase the market through advertising in popular sharp shooting and hunting magazines and internet 4 Target Capture Team Target Capture System Design Consultants Business Plan websites TCT will rely on these advertisements and word of mouth for the increase of demand As the demand increases TCT will be able to purchase parts at bulk rates therefore increase in profits and employment will occur The following strategy tree displays the base responsibilities within the company Figure 1 Strategy Tree The success of TCT lies in the hands of the five founders The three main components of TCT must be communication functionality and customers Each of the founders must know where their talents and skills lay and fill their positions to the fullest Communication within and between the divisions must occur so that TCT can function with timeliness and efficiency The Marketing Division must relay the supply demand and the customer problems to the Software
