I personally came from an Asian background and household, whichdefinitely influences how I perceive natural landscapes and nature. In the subculture of my agegroup (Often college freshmen who are 19 years old) in which I live, I generally believe thepeople in this subculture have more of a conversationalist perspective. Since the populationoverall has a more environmentally conscious method of thinking, another one of my subculturesthat I live in America can also positively influence my perspectives of landscapes and nature forthe better. However, since companies in America can be one of the most environmentallydamaging in the world, it actually is also controversial.Other people’s subculture principles and how they express it in their connection withnature is also very hard to realize since people do not necessarily know other people’sexperiences and their subculture. It is also very hard to imagine other people’s connection withnature and how their method of thinking about the environment is influenced by their subcultureprinciples unless people study other people’s subculture and actually learn about their approachto life. Towards landscapes and nature in American society, different subcultures clearly havemany different interpretations and meanings. Due to the diversity of America, it might be hard tocomprehend these principles that vary from those of the established American principles, so inorder to try to comprehend their perspectives, people must learn more about these
