RST 242 Reflection 5 November 26 2017 After learning about Leopold s land ethic my attitudes towards National Parks are very positive because I believe they are valuable when it comes to preserving nature After taking the personal values online quiz it is clear to that kindness empathy and consideration are important to me These attitudes tie in very well with my ideas about nature and how I strive to protect it because I want to be kind to all of the beautiful nature that surrounds me I also show a lot of consideration when protecting nature by putting in time and thought when thinking about natural resources and how they can be preserved as well as how the natural beauty in the world can be protected so other people can also admire nature I also like to seek opportunities that will allow me to develop and learn from my experiences In the past I never put much thought about my feelings towards nature but after learning a large amount about how valuable nature is I began to seek ways in which I can improve nature not only in the local community but throughout the world I also search for ways I can enjoy the natural beauty around me in order to understand the value of nature to a greater extent For example I have visited National Parks all throughout my life and have gained an understanding about the importance of nature
