The reason why I would say my risk for heart disease is low is because I was under all of the DRI amount for each category and I eat a healthy diet. 8. Review all the answers you gave in this assignment regarding your fat intake.Briefly summarize changes you would make, if any, based on the fol-lowing standards:-Balance (staying within the AMDR for total fat)I think I eat a pretty well balance diet. When I eat I stay within the AMDR for total fat.-Adequacy (meeting the gram and calorie range for fat)I would not change the adequacy in my diet. Although I my range of grams and calories are a little less than the recommended amounts in some categories I would not change anything.-Staying within the recommended ranges for saturated fat, monounsat-urated fat, polyunsaturated fat, and trans fat.Saturated fat- I am under the amount of saturated fat intake. To meet the recommended amount I would eat a little more meats and dairy products like chicken, butter, cheese, and lamb.monounsaturated fat- I am under the amount of monounsaturated fat.To meet the recommended amount I would eat more nuts, dark choco-lates, and avocados. polyunsaturated fat- I am under the amount of polyunsaturated fats.
