New Employee TrainingNeeds assessments:In nursing there can be many issues that can indicate the need for training. However first it the nurse is having a hard time getting to know the routine of the job and is not picking up on things she should have learned in school, training would be of the essence. For example I have been to the doctor and the nurse seemed as if she didn’t know how to draw blood. Come to find out other patients have complained about this nurse. With that being said the source of the problem would come from patients involved. Nursing involves working with many different kinds of people and with many conditions. As far as prioritizing needs for the sources first would be; the customer service manager reports a sudden increase in calls about poor handling of repeat complaint calls. A supervisor requests training on the specialized technology required by five of his employees. Lastly would be the CEO requests team efficiency training to address the declining numbers of employees attending quarterly pep rallies. Delivery:Methods of training would be (OJT) on the job training or E- learning. However the career I picked for my final the best training would be hands-on because the nursing field is hands on. Evaluation: This process will be simple because if the patients or customers are complaining about the services they are receiving the complaining should stop. However another method is giving about surveys and getting feedback from the customers because that is the only way things can
