For example in a nursing position it will require less time for training and orientation and the new stuff will adapt to the environment. However this will allow an opportunity to the existing nurses of lower position to promote themselves into staff nurses through an uncomplicated way. External recruit includes include calculating yield ratios on recruiting sources, calculating costs of recruitment, training organizational recruiters, and conducting realistic job previews.On the other hand this has some disadvantages. One disadvantage is the number of people applying maybe limited to those how got the information. That’s why is importantto have external recruitment because this ensures that everyone has a changes. The ads can be placed in newspapers, public employment agencies and
