Recruitment MethodsOne internal recruit involves different modes of information broadcastings such as posting vacant position in bulletin boards. This way is better because it is cheaper and itallows the word to be spread. However with that being said this will hopefully catch people attention and make them want to apply to the job positions. Also this method is atime saver to get people to apply for the vacant position because in most cases bulletinsposting catches people attention. In internal recruitment certain jobs at the middle and upper levels that require specialized training and experience cannot be easily filled fromwithin the organization and may need to be filled from the outside. For example in a nursing position it will require less time for training and orientation and the new stuff will adapt to the environment. However this will allow an opportunity to the existing nurses of lower position to promote themselves into staff nurses through an uncomplicated way. External recruit includes include calculating yield ratios on recruiting sources, calculating costs of recruitment, training organizational recruiters, and conducting realistic job previews.On the other hand this has some disadvantages. One disadvantage is the number of people applying maybe limited to those how got the information. That’s why is importantto have external recruitment because this ensures that everyone has a changes.
