If I follow this type of diet, I can eat veggies and fruits to meetmy carbohydrates and vitamins recommended amount. Also, this diet focus on the intake of tofu and seafood which is beneficial to our health. 4. Does this diet plan cause risk to the dieter’s health? Why or why not? No. However, this diet plan limits the intake of certain beans and seeds, it may lead to constipation. But dieter can increase the intake of veggies and grains to balance it. Since it mostly consists of fresh fruit, vegetable and seafood. A typically blood type diet (AB type) contain about 400 calories. 6. Is this diet economical?I would say no, because this type of diet will focus on seafood and other fresh vegetable and fruits, and these foods are usually costly, especially if you buy them from places like Whole Food and Wegmans. 7. Does this diet plan have a weight maintenance program after the weight has been lost Summarize the maintenance program.I can’t find any weight maintenance program that relate to this type of diet. 8. In your own words, explain why basing your diet off your blood type is logical or illogical based on your research on the topicI think it is illogical. Frist of all, it is absurd to tell everybody to eat in a manner that coincideswith our genetic structure (in this case, the blood type) since it doesn’t take account individualsbackgrounds information like medical history, food allergies and intolerances.
