List at least 4 factors that you consider when making menu selections. Portion control is a key factor when dining out if you are working on weight control. However, Asian food contain less fat compare to a typical American food. If there is, take a list home. If not, try to obtain one from the internet.I found a detailed nutrition information online. It allows every customer to go onlineand check the information of what they eat. 11. If you were to make the same meal that you consumed in the restaurant at home would it be the same nutritionally? Definitely not. I will not fry my Fish patty, use lettuce and get rid of cheese if I have to make the same meal that I consumed in the McDonald’s. Also, I would use whole wheat bun instead of regular bun. For sauces, I can choose to use low fat sauce. If not, try to obtain one from the internet.I can’t find the nutrition information in their menu, however, I can find it on their website. 17. If you were to make the same meal that you consumed in the restaurant at home would it be the same nutritionally? No. if I make it at home, I will not add any cheese in my linguini and soup. I will try to steam my seafood and then mix it with linguini and adding spinach.
