Why or why not? - The diet could depending on what the person eats, if your eating fruits veggies and grains you should be fine but If you decided to eat raw fish, raw meat and eggs some people may have problems with that 25. Is this diet economical?- This diet is more expensive, although you do not have to buy meat your core meals consist of fruits and vegetables which are very expensive7.
