Why not? 7y.o : parents allowed him to transition to a girl: Reggie->riley- Father accepted her and took her shopping for dresses- Had to use the nurses bathroom- Bullied- Hiding from herself in the shower, covering her genitaliawith a wash cloth Parents plan: provide hormone replacement when she goes through puberty to stop the testosterone and give estrogen shots- Riley wants it.
