Weaker Government vs. Stronger government Weaker o If the governor has a really good plan it will take really long to get it passedo Log rolling: A representative will tell another representative that he will help him pass his law for his constituents if they help pass their laws. This is a benefit of weaker government because it forces them tocome together and work together Stronger o If they have a good plan than it will be easy to pass, but if they have a bad plan it will be bad to pass.
