He started building B2 Bombers Increased the navy to 600 ships He ordered and Upgrading of the U S nuclear arsenal Strategic Defense Initiative Involved arming outspace And state side antimissiles This never materialized The starwars plan didn t work out The defense initiative did stay All of these policies cost over 1 trillion Increase in the deficit Part of his plan was to reduce the size of building a new airport They hired Cubans for the work Reagan believed it was an aggressive act for Soviet Bombers It was about U S flexing their muscle Said they had to rescue the U S medical students 8 000 soldiers invaded and the U S set up a more U S friendly government 1984 o First female VP candidate Her husband had shady business practices Media investigated this Husband had evidence of fraud
