Part 1Part 2What to turn inProject #1EE365Clarkson UniversitySummer 2003Part 1In the first part of this design project, you will implement several basic logic devices. We will be working with devices from the SN74HC series available through Texas Instruments. For this part of the project, I recommend using the file that you created in the VHDL tutorial (or my copy, “tutorial2.vhd”, available on the course website) as a template. I expect that you will use the formatting and conventions that I use in my copy, since this will make it much easier for me to grade. You have already implemented the SN74HC00, now add the following devices:- SN74HC02- SN74HC04- SN74HC08- SN74HC10- SN74HC11- SN74HC20- SN74HC21- SN74HC27- SN74HC32Part 2Implement the function shown in the data table below. Minimize it using a Karnaugh map, then draw a schematic of the circuit. It must be done in two levels (not counting inverters) and remember that you only have the gates listed above available to you. Write the VHDL code to build the circuit in the same file created in “Part 1”. Test the circuit using “Wave”.A B C D W0 0 0 0 00 0 0 1 10 0 1 0 00 0 1 1 00 1 0 0 00 1 0 1 10 1 1 0 10 1 1 1 01 0 0 0 11 0 0 1 01 0 1 0 01 0 1 1 11 1 0 0 11 1 0 1 01 1 1 0 01 1 1 1 0What to turn in- K-map (hand-written is OK)- Circuit Schematic (hand-written is OK)- ‘.vhd’ file on CD or floppy- ‘.wlf’ file (produced by “Save Data Set” in “Wave”) on CD or floppy- All labeled with name and student #Files should be named “lastname_proj1.xxx” where lastname is your last name and xxx is the respective file
