witness the event Homicide The killing of one human being by another human being in a criminal manner Lawful Homicide Justifiable The use of deadly force is justifiable when a person is resisting any attempt to murder such person or to commit any felony upon him or her upon or in any dwelling house in which such person shall be Ex police officer shooting criminals robbing a jewelry store when there have been shots fired DO NOT have to verbally warn You CAN shoot while criminals are running away Excusable Homicide is excusable when committed by accident and misfortune in doing a lawful act
