(II) INTRODUCTION Brief. (No more than 1/2 page) (III) PROCEDURE - Flow chart for the ENTIRE experiment - Reference (include title of manual, edition, authors, pages) (IV) MSDS - Information for NH3 or NH4OH(concentrated), KSCN, KNO2 Include Product Name, Chemical Formula, Formula Weight Point; Boiling Point and Density, Health Hazard Data (summarize in your own words), Spill and Disposal procedures (summarize in your own words) (V) PRELAB STUDY QUESTION (page 127) Only complete question #2 Note: In the procedure for HCl, the concentration unit of "F, (formaltiy)" may be replaced by "M" (molarity). Data and Observations: (Start a NEW page for the following sections) Refer to study question #1 (page 127) You must record ALL your observations into each notebook during the lab period. Post-Lab Report This is a GROUP REPORT (i.e. Turn in ONLY ONE report PER GROUP) (I) ABSTRACT - outline the goal(s) as well the lab techniques that you used in achieving such goal(s). Also. Summarize your experimental results. (II) DATA AND OBSERVATIONS Write down the names of all the members in the group. Write out the responsibility of each member both for the experiment and for the postlab report. Re-write all the observations into your post-lab. Record the details of analytical tests made on each eluate fraction. Write down the conclusion drawn from EACH test. Write balanced chemical equations for the analytical tests that you performed in the lab. Note: Net overall reactions are acceptable. (III) CONCLUSIONSummarize ALL results
