To identify principles of team-based ministry from the Bible.2. To introduce the student to the kind of organizational culture that supports a teamworkapproach to ministry.3. To assist the student in developing a working model of team based ministry in his/herrespective ministry field.REQUIREMENTS1. Read 1000 pages from the selected bibliography. Prepare a reading report noting thenumber of pages read from each text.2. Write a eight to ten page reflection paper on the district council leadership-trainingseminar. Include the key elements from the seminar and reflect on whether you are/aren’tintegrating some or all of these leadership qualities and strategies in your currentministry.3. Write a 22-25 page paper demonstrating a strategy for implementing a team basedapproach to your current ministry. The paper should demonstrate an understanding of theBiblical principles involved in team-based ministry as well as the popular literature.
