Causing reluctance to speak out on issue, hindering treatment and recovery. - Schizophreniao ECTo Medicationso Hospitalizations - Missing persons (for the mentally ill)o If they are considered to be at risk of death, they must input data in the national database within 2 hours of data being received by law.
