The Interview A. 10 Steps1.Know the company and research the person interviewing you.–Research the organization and know why you want to work there.2.Know Yourself–Know what it is that you are selling and then align it with what the company is hiring for.–Look at jobs and experiences and list what skills you needed to have success in them, this will allow you to create your package that your selling.3. Dress the Part:–Haircut, no perfume or aftershave–Dress a bit more formally than you think is needed4. Practice–Who wants to try–In front of friend, family etc5. Get there early–You will be more relaxed if you are late you have no hope–Cruise the lobby and check out the company’s material etc.6.
