COMM 1010Review for Exam #1COMM 1010 You will complete the exam on blackboard. Once you start the test a timer with 50 minutes will begin. This timer cannot be stopped. You will only have 1 attempt on the exam. If you answer questions after the 50 min. period those questions will not be graded! You may use notes and books during the exam but if you run out of time the system will not give you credit for the questions you answer after time is up. If an exam times out and does not save for some reason you must contact blackboard support immediately and get a ticket number. Then email your instructor with the ticket number. 50 Questions each worth 2 points- Multiple Choice and True/False. A pool of questions is developed for each chapter/ topic. The exam will randomly populate the specific number of questions for each pool of questions. Tips for Being Successful: Complete the Review Sheet Organize your notes for easy access and reference You won’t have enough time to look up every question so you do need to study and be familiar with topics Leave yourself enough time – don’t wait until the last minute Please be on a stable internet connection. Weekly maintenance is Saturday night –do not take the exam during maintenance. Your internet browser will lockdown once the test begins. The test will draw closely from video lectures that are posted on blackboard, the textbook, and readings posted on blackboard covering the topics listed below.
