Racism- one racial group is inherently superior/inferior to another.-Individual vs. InstitutionalIndividual- the negative beliefs of an individual about a group of people.Institutional- racism is a part of the American social ladder and is built into everyday life.IV. Majority/Minority Relations-Extermination- dominant group kills minority group. -Subjugation- majority group controls the life-chance opportunities of minority group. The group in power has control over the law.-Cultural Pluralism- various racial & ethnic groups can co-exist in peace. V.
