Lower heighto Influence of the Industrial Era Environmental conditions started to become very poor People started to become more stressed do to change in work force and productiono Female Buffering Girls have more fat than boys and therefore tend to survive for a longer period of time and live better than boyso Hypothesis Presented: All children from industrial era samples will exhibit stunted growth compared to modern health. More stunting = living with the disease for a longer period of time. Is there more dimorphism n the upper class sample? Dimorphism is lower class, not upper, could be due to higher SES in males allowing them to treat or control the disease for a longer period of
