Not only have you lost your initial identity with the loss of your job, you are now unable to form a new oneb. It is estimated that our generation will change jobs 10 timesi. The average college-educated person is making 17K more per year and is 4x less likely to become unemployedc. In the past, if you asked if someone was worried about losing their job and economic stability, blue collar workers had a much higher anxiety about job securityi. Now, it’s about equal between white and blue collar workersII. Social Upheavala. The fabric of our society and our families is deterioratingi. Divorce Rate, single parenthood1. Oklahoma is the 4th worst in the nation2.
