So well that you can show how to adjust your thinkingTESTANALYSIS PARALYSISLESSON 3SKILLMOTIVATION:OBJECTIVE: Given a piece of paper, and a pen, write a case scenario where you or someone you know was in analysis paralysis such as,last week when you dreaded coming to work because you thought the staff meeting would be too stressful to attend then, write the steps you could have taken adjust your thinking to more positive thoughts to enable you to eliminate the stressful feelings.according to the following checklist: KAY YOU MAY WANT TO DO OTHER STEPS, THESE WERE OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD TO GET THIS PROCESS GOING.1. note that you are feeling stressful or uncomfortable.2. Listen to your thoughts3. Gently remind yourself that you are in analysis4. Change you thoughts to present moment thoughts5 List positive things you can do to make the situation less stressful for you.So well that you can show how to adjust your thinking In 20 minutes with no errors in the senario.REVIEW:REMEMBER THEY HAVE ALREADY LEARNED HOW TO RECOGNIZE ANALYSIS PARALYSIS AND HOW TO WRITE A PROCEDURE TO CORRECT IT AND EXPLAIN WHY THEY DID ITTHAT WAY. THEY HAVE ALSO ALREADY LEARNED THE PRINCIPLE OF MOOD.ADVANCED ORGANIZERAGENDAEXPLANATION:KAY YOU CAN PROVIDE EXPLANATION ABOUT WRITING THE SENARIO, SORRY, I HAVE RUN OUT OF WORDS.
