launches a buffalo killing program o Government knows that once buffalo are dead Indians can t roam free and have to go the reservation o Government pays a bounty for killed buffalo Buffalo are dumb They wander into stores homes and other random places they don t belong and just stand around o 15 million buffalo were hunted down to just a couple hundred in 20 years o Buffalo coat is similar to dirty smelly steel wool Every woman wanted a buffalo coat in 1870s and 1880s The train would take men out to middle of Nebraska so that they could hunt buffalo Men could balance gun in train window
