Procedures – Mock TrialProcedures – Mock TrialThe procedures you should follow in completing this assignment are as follows: o Each person should read the CV/Resume and Accounting report. o One person will be selected for each of the followingJudge. Defense Attorney. Defendant. Plaintiff Attorney. Plaintiff. Forensic Accountant. Remainder of the class will serve as Jurors. Each student will be assigned to a pool. Each Pool will make independent presentation of their findings.The entire class should conduct research in the following: Rules of evidence, Trial Procedures (civil) and Court Procedures.The Instructor will act as observers and will critique the performance, listen carefully, take notes and provide feedback at the end.The Forensic Accountant will be in the witness stand and will be questioned on the work he performed based on the exhibits. Each side will have 15 minutes for questioning the witness and 10 minutes for rebuttal. Both the Plaintiff and Defendant will provide information or questionsthey would like their attorneys to address. The Judge will control the proceedings.At the end, the jury(s) will deliberate for 15 minutes and then decide which sidethey agree with and why. They then have 5 minutes to present their findings.Points will be awarded for Court
