The online quiz that you will take has two parts:Part 1A- Nutrition Choices in School Lunchrooms- Read the scientific research article “Smarter Lunchrooms Can Address New School Lunchroom Guidelines and Childhood Obesity” by Hanks, Just, and Wansink (2013). The main barrier I am facing is lack of time and lack of effort. This is a personal barrier because I am choosing not to dothis. I have been trying to focus on my school work more so that is my biggest struggle. To overcome this I am going to plan in some time during the week not a long time maybe like 30 min three times a week and put this into my schedule so I will go and have a break from my homework. 5. What is your plan to continue to progress on your behavior change goal as midtermsand spring break approach? (Think about what we talked about in class related to behavior change and vacations, travel, relapse prevention, etc.)My plan to continue is if I go on vacation go to the gym maybe three times while on vacation and also over spring break visit the gym right across the street. Since I will have a lot of free time over break this will be a lot easier for me to accomplish. 6.
