You can go to any TA’s office hoursCOURSE FORMAT•1 credit course NTR 110 •Taken in conjunction with NTR 109 (graded separately)•Lab class once a week •Class will last ~45-1 hr•Use the remainder of allotted lab time to work on labs assignments!•3 exams as part of 109 course taken during lab class (refer to syllabus for test dates)COURSE WEBSITEUblearns SyllabusAnnouncementsLabsLecturesSubmitting LabsViewing gradesCheck Regularly! I will post a zero if I do not receive your lab on time.ATTENDANCE•Attendance is taken during each class and counted as part of your lab grade•Sign in name/student ID at the beginning of each class – do not sign in for other students•20 points total•If you have a circumstance that you have to miss lab- email TA before class. (must make up material missed)SUBMITTING LABS•Instructional PowerPoint on how to submit labs posted on Ublearns•Labs due dates- last page of the syllabus. •Must be submitted by 11:59pm •12 labs total (15 points each) •2 points deducted for every day a lab is late •Labs will not be accepted one week after the lab is due and you will receive a ‘0’ for that labTrouble submitting labs? Email TA before the due date.SUPERTRACKER DIET ANALYSIS•Nutrient Analysis Program- Online www.choosemyplate.gov•Required to complete many of the lab assignments•Instructional PowerPoint for how to use SuperTracker posted to UblearnsCLASS POLICIES•Be on time to class to receive full attendance credit•Cell phones silenced and put away•Ask question, engage in discussionCHEATING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED DO NOT…….Submit another students labMust complete and submit your own work.
