Project 2 Guidelines (Oral Report)- Time limit for report is a strict 12 minutes (penalty for going over your allotted time so practice)- Dress professionally- Bring at least 1 printed copy of your PowerPoint slides (maybe several)- Bring a backup copy of your Excel and PowerPoint file in case your disk is corrupted- Show all important (major) steps (leave fine details for paper) List 4 assumptions Discuss mean & standard deviation Show p.m.f. that approximates the p.d.f. and show that errors are normally distributed Discuss simulation Discuss winner’s curse and winner’s blessing Discuss several unstable bidding strategies and why they are unstable Discuss the process for getting stable solutions for the case when all companies would initially subtract both  CE and  BE List your final bid Be certain to label all graphs- Practice presentation several times- Part of your oral presentation grade is observing other teams- Try to have eye contact with your audience, don’t just read from note cards or the screen- Once you have presented your oral report, turn in a CD (no Zip disks) that contains your Excel file and PowerPoint file.Project 2 Guidelines (Written Report)- Submit your printed Word document on Monday, May 3- Submit an electronic copy to www.TurnItIn.com on Monday, May 3 by the beginning of class- Use color in your paper for added emphasis- Include a detailed account of all major and minor steps you took to solve the project.- Clearly indicate what material is being discussed (titles/headings)- All equations should be typed using Equation Editor- Label all graphs correctly- Do not write your paper in essay formatBad
