Coming up:Reviewing for Test 4Test 4 covers sections 7.1 - 7.5To study for the test:Any questions on the Section 7.5 homework?Slide 6Slide 7Slide 8Coming up:•After Test 4, the last four class days will be spent reviewing for the final exam and will earn attendance points.•There are four 15-point homework assignments that will help you review all of the topics to be covered on the final exam. Check due dates online.•The Final Exam is comprehensive and counts 200 points out of your total 1000 possible course points. •The Practice Final counts 10 points and is due at the start time on the day your final is scheduled.•Taking the Practice Final can also earn you up to 20 points of extra credit on the final. The percentage score on your best attempt will be multiplied by 20 points, and the result will be added directly to your final exam point score.Reviewing for Test 4Test 4 covers sections 7.1 - 7.5This test is worth 70 points, and the practice test is worth another 7 points as usual. (Your best score on the practice test will earn that percentage of 7 points.)To study for the test:1). Take Practice Test 4 as many times as you want. Take notes as you go, and remember that you can REVIEW each version as many times as you want using “Check My Grades”. There are 20 questions on the practice test, same as on the real test.) Each time you take the practice test you will get a different set of questions, so taking it at least twice will help you review most topics that will be covered on the test.On the PRACTICE QUIZ ONLY, you can do part of it, then close it (DON’T submit, just close the window) and come back later to finish it without losing any time off your clock.2). Review the homework from the sections in which you missed questions on the practice test. (After you take the practice quiz one or more times, use the “My Study Plan” button to get access to a customized set of problems for the topics you missed on the practice test.) 3). Review your notes and/or the online lecture slides (under each Assignment).Any questions on the Section 7.5 homework?Instructors: If you have additional examples form Chapter 7 that you want to review with your students, cover them here.
