Ed. #6Course Content: Students will be shown varying methods of aerobic exercise and will be given the chance to participate in these methods for a hands on learning experience. Technology has become a huge part of Health world so we will take a look at how we can better use technology to make us more physical fit. Course Requirements and Evaluation: 1.
