The tests are available for anonymous practice from any computer with web access and a suitable browser, at http://calculus.unl.edu/gateway.html if the computer systems are not too busy. Note that these are for your practice only and will NOT count toward your course grade. ADVANCED PLACEMENT: If this is your first college mathematics course, then you may be eligible for 10 hours of free credit for Math 106 and Math 107, provided you get a grade of C, P or better in Math 208 this semester. To be considered for this credit, you should register with the Department of Mathematics, 203 Avery Hall by Friday, July 20. IMPORTANT DATES: Friday, July 20 is the final date for dropping a course without being subject to a “W” grade. Tuesday, July 31 is the final date for changing to or from Pass/No Pass. July 21 – August 8 is the withdrawal period. FINAL EXAM: The final exam will be given at 11:00am on Thursday, August 16, in 108 Avery Hall.
