April 15, 2010 COMMON FINAL Revised: 04-20-2010 TO: Faculty and Staff FROM: Pavel Sikorskii, Executive Associate Director for Undergraduate Studies RE: Room Assignments for Uniform Final Exam, Spring Semester 2010 All Math courses MTH 103-235, 309 will take the Uniform Final Exam on Tuesday, May 04, 2010. The exam begins at 10 a.m. and ends at noon. 1. Please announce immediately and frequently when and where your final exam is to be held. 2. Make sure you know where your exam is! Look at the room ahead of time. If the room is not adequate, please contact Edie Sekmistrz in A221 Wells Hall no later than Friday, April 23, 2010. Scheduling can make no more changes after this date. 3. Any student who has three or more exams in one day (according to the official final exam schedule) may take the make-up exam. Details for the make-up are below. 4. Uniform grading instructions will be announced later. 5. MTH 103 –235, 309 instructors must pick up their exams in A212 Wells Hall between 8:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, May 04, 2010. PLEASE BE PROMPT! _________________________________________________________________________________ MAKE-UP UNIFORM FINAL EXAMS for MTH 103 – 235, 309 will be given on Wednesday, May 5th from 10:00 a.m. – 12 noon in 147 Communication Arts Bldg. Students who are eligible to take the make-up final must fill out a request to take the exam no later than 12 p.m. on Friday, April 30th in A212 Wells Hall. Students must provide a recent copy of their schedule for documentation. REMINDER: A student must have three or more exams in one day (according to the official final exam schedule) to be eligible for the make-up. Please remind your students taking the make-up to bring their student ID’s to the exam.
