Catalog Description – enhanced personal productivity and problem solving skills using knowledge work tools (spreadsheets, presentation graphics, word processing); use of integrated software; design and use of small information systems for individuals and groups. 10. Prerequisites: Documented Computer Competency; transcripted course(s), passing the ACAC 0303 examination, or passing ACAC 0303. Examinations available for demonstrated competency – waiver of requirement examination, $20; for credit examination (advanced standing), 1/3 tuition. 11. Attendance Requirements: Attendance: Attendance is required. Excessive late arrivals or early departures will be taken into consideration. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain any material missed by not attending class for any reason. The students must not miss more than 25% (3 class periods) of the class, or it will result in a failure for the class. In case of TDY’s the instructor should be notified as soon as possible.15.
