COURSE OBJECTIVEBusiness today is faced with an ever-changing and complex environment. Business leaders must make decisions that increase shareholder wealth while considering external legal, social and ethical forces. The two exams given during the semester and the final exam given during finals week will consist of multiple choice, true/false and/or short answer.There is NO EXTRA CREDIT!Attendance Policy: Daily Attendance will be taken. After 4 absences, one percentage point will be subtracted from your final total percentage for each additional absence.
