Throughout the semester, the teams managed a simulated company competing within the sensor industry. At the end of the semester,each team will conduct a 15-minute shareholder presentation that explicitly includes each of the topics listed below. Each team’s presentation will last 20-minutes. 15-minutes are for the presentation content and 5-minutes are for Q&A. Team Presentation Format:- Teams have 15-minutes to present their information.- Teams are to submit PowerPoint slides to Dr. Sullivan immediately before the presentation, printed 3-per page, on one-side of the paper.- All team members must speak during the presentation, but all members do not need to speak for equal amounts of time.- This assignment should be treated as a professional presentation, with professional attire, limited note card usage, and be well-rehearsed. - Late presentations and/or documents will not be accepted and a zero will be given for the assignment.Shareholder Presentation Content Grading Criteria: The following must be discussed during the presentation.1. Discussion of key factors involved in running the firm: a. Briefly describe the organizational structure that was employed throughout the semester to manage decisionmaking. Why was this structure employed?b. Briefly describe the mission of the firm.c. Describe the business-level strategy that was implemented for the firm and why this business-level strategy was selected.2. Industry Analysis: a. Apply Porter’s Five Forces model to the industry.b. Describe the outcome derived from this analysis. Be sure to use the Porter’s Five Forces conclusion matrixas a part of this discussion.c. Describe how what you learned from this analysis related to your decision making.3. Internal Environment: a. Describe the resources, capabilities and core competencies that you developed to execute your business-level strategy. In your descriptions, be sure to discuss why those resources, capabilities and core competencies were relevant to the implementation of your strategy. Don’t forget about Barney’s four criteria of a sustainable competitive advantage to help you with this discussion.b. Describe how these resources, capabilities and core competencies relate to your firm’s Value Chain. Do they add value? If so, how? Do they detract value? If so, why and what could the team have done to lessen the value-detracting effects?4. Competitive analysis: a. Describe any key competitive advantages and/or disadvantages that you encountered while running the company.b. What actions did your firm undertake as a consequence of these advantages/disadvantages and why?5. Lessons learned from the simulation: a. Describe the key lessons that the team learned as they ran the company over the semester. This should be well thought out, meaningful and explained properly. This discussion should focus on lessons learned as they apply to your business education broadly, not on simulation-specific lessons.6. Final results discussion: a. Present the final results for the firm at the end of round 8. Be sure to explain why these results emerged.Other Grading Criteria: In addition to the content points listed above, the following criteria will also be used to grade the presentation. 1. Presentation skills: voice volume and expression, degree of eye contact (minimal note dependency), positive energy level.2. Presentation organization: smooth transition between presenters, proper use of the “clicker”, flow of the presentation, easy to follow with the PowerPoint slide handout.3. Quality of presentation content: convincing arguments, knowledgeable about the material, separation of fact from opinion.4. Q&A: ability to respond to questions and issues raised by the instructor in a timely and informative manner, quality of depth of the responses.5. Time Management: use of time relative to content delivered; not exceeding time allocations, using all the timeavailable without rushing.6. Professionalism: conducting the presentation in a professional manner, wearing appropriate attire, quality of PowerPoint
