If you must miss a class, please let me know. The College policy on attendance is in the 2006-2009 catalog on page 45. A grade of WI may be issued by me if you fail to attend regularly. A grade of W cannot be given after November 6, 2009. It is your responsibility to withdraw formally from the class if you need to do so. IMPORTANT DATES: The last day for withdrawal from the course to get a W grade is November 6, 2009. Any graded assignments will be due on the date specified and will be accepted late with the understanding that the following penalties apply: 1 day late: 10% penalty 3 days late: 30% penalty 2 days late 20% penalty more than 3 days late: 50% penalty There will be NO make-up exams.
