IntroductionThe purpose of this training manual is to serve as a comprehensive record of the system capabilities that each user should be trained in. The users include: the Mission Science coordinator, who is familiar with Microsoft Access and performing queries on databases; student workers, who may or may not be familiar with Microsoft Access. Both types of users must be trained in using the new system because it comprises a new database structure. A.2. He should be able to log in to the database system and add/view/modify student/inventory/lesson plan records. After the final training session, the user should be able to perform all of the core capabilities, along with new added features (as described above), without instruction from the implementation team. He should feel comfortable using the system.A.2.3 Training of OthersThe Mission Science student workers and graduate students will not be trained to use the system. The coordinator (Darin Gray) will be responsible for training his employees to perform all capabilities that they have access to: updating student-project attendance and transferring inventory items from one location to another. The implementation team will train the coordinator so that he is capable of training others; we will also provide a video tutorial/user manual so that the coordinator and student workers can refer to it in the future.A.3. Tutorial and Sample DataFor the tutorial, we used the data that already existed in
