During a filibuster one must stand the whole time, talk the whole time, stay on topic and not receive any help.SB 5: Bill would close 47 clinics leaving only 5 available for abortion in TX3 Strikes against Wendy Davis during Filibuster- Davis discussed planned parenthood budget - Davis’s back brace was adjusted by colleague - 2011 sonogram law mentionedThese notes represent a detailed interpretation of the professor’s lecture.
