Argues that international politics are not determined by states rules but by domestic policies of states2. Executive branch of the government operates with less input from other instututionsof domestic politics, but public opinion does play a role in influencing the decisions of states.1. Theory argues that domestic policies affect international relations3. Bureaucratic Politics theoriesThese notes represent a detailed interpretation of the professor’s lecture. The responses of government are the result of the “pulling and hauling” amoung different parts/ sections of bureaucracy2. different sections of the government have standard responses for dealing with occurances1.
