how did this aLect your assessment of the team Our team had a strong dynamic from the very rst meeting we all connected well and understood the needed tasks to complete We all knew we had to play a part in the project so it was very smooth to assign and let each other know what we would do With one of our team members being abroad it sparked a new challenge but we were all able to move forward did you experience on your team What impact did this have on your team s engagement All my team members are from diLerent places with diLerent backgrounds so we were able to share our own ideas and bring them together With all being in the business school we were still aware of similar things which is why it was easy to choose a company we wanted to talk about With our diLerent ideas and knowledge we were able to point our many stressors and solutions Since one of members was abroad it encouraged us to stay on top of project in case some things went wrong since he did not have great needed work and did eLective research for the company we chose for our project I completed the needed tasks before the deadlines and insured my team members my portion of the project is under control
