1 What do you think of Apex s training process Why might it help to explain why employees do things their way As per the various training process being followed by Apex the new trainees is being provided with a proper training based program in order to tackle out the various situation or in other way if a certain employee is quitting then as per the guidelines he she must have to train the new joiners within an overlap period of 1 to 2 weeks or someone who could be acting as a replacement and the work can go in a continuous manner The employees must be made aware of the issue why employees do thins their way The reason behind that as per the case study can be concluded that even a single step followed from own thoughts or away from the expectation of the supervisor could result in a huge loss of thousands of dollars and everything has to be re planned As a result the wastage of time effort as well as the money 2 What role do job descriptions play in training Job description gives the overview of the various tasks that is to be performed according to which the employees can develop their own mind sets and could also prepare them with respect to the attainment towards the goal 3 Explain in detail what you would do to improve the training process at Apex Make sure to provide specific suggestions As far as my concern the training process at Apex is well developed with the perspective of a particular organization point of view But in order to make any suggestion I would rather suggest the trainers or supervisors to train the employee to do the work what is being said and any suggestions from them should always be welcomed but during execution of their suggestion a proper meeting is required in order to have a discussion over it
