How can organizations maximize the likelihood of success of expatriate employees What is the single point of failure in the expatriate experience What can the organization do to mitigate the single point of failure Sending an employee to abroad or to a foreign country to guide the team present there could serve as a major part for the particular people to maximize the likelihood of success Making them earn with different currency along with their profile building for being work in abroad Apart from this the single point of failure that could possibly arise with respect to the expatriate employees are it may be possible that the employee s spouse or their family is not comfortable with the country culture and could result to a tensed situation for the individual creating a lot of interruption within the work place as well Getting into their problems will cause a lesser concentration towards the work and at last the work is deteriorated From the organizational point of view organization must be ensured that the person going to abroad must be well known about the culture where they are going Increasing the family self awareness as well as making them aware of the cross culture understanding or by motivating them with respect to the place
