This course will attempt to influence how well, not just how long, you will live. Cognitive, affective and behavioral content will be provided to empower you to live life to the highest quality, for as long as possible.Course Objectives and Corresponding Unit OutcomesOn completion of the course, the student will apply the Responsive Professional model by acquiring knowledge,skills and dispositions through the following objectives.ACandidates will acquire the following knowledge, skills, and dispositions through this course. Always provide your NAME, CLASS, and SECTION # (Jim James, Hlth312-003) in the subject of your emails to the instructor. Emails without thisinformation will not be addressed.1. Course/Syllabus Quiz - Found in Quizzes section- Worth 15 points - See Moodle for instructions and calendar for due date- Conditional Activity : Must read 4 required readings prior to gaining access to this quiz (Welcome Note, Netiquette, Scientific Writing Expectations, Syllabus). The quiz will be greyed until you have read each reading. Once the readings have been viewed, as well as the “complete this lesson to unlock syllabus quiz” (located in the Getting Started block), the quiz will blacken and you will be able to click on it so you may complete it.- Quizzes open at 4:55am and close at 4:55pm (meaning the test with shut down at 4:55pm, even if you are in the middle of taking it)- Not accepted late- No make-ups 2. Introduction and Discussion- Found in Forums section- Worth 15 points- See Moodle for instructions and calendar for due date- Due by 4:55pm on due date- Not accepted after deadline (a zero 0 will be given to students unable to submit or submitting late)- No make-ups - NOTE: Moodle takes 30 minutes to update your activity, so if you post your answer at 4:30pm, you will be unable to view other students’ answers until 5:00pm, which will be too late to read and reply to a peer post3.
